About Us pc! Lettings are a specialist property management & letting agents based in Barrow-in-Furness, with a large range of houses to rent and flats to let in Barrow, Ulverston, Dalton In Furness and the South Lakes.
The company is owned and run by qualified and professional landlords Shaun Dixon and Steven Squires who both work in the business full time.

We offer a high standard of service advising on all aspects of residential property rental and investment. BAE systems in Barrow and The Royal Navy are both major clients. We are now probably the largest independent letting agents in Barrow-in-Furness, with houses to rent and flats to let throughout Barrow and the South Lakes, including on Walney Island and Dalton-in-Furness. We also have a large portfolio of Ulverston property for rent where our services are very popular.

Currently we operate with a team of twelve staff in total and are based in Barrow-in-Furness, just a stones throw from the BAE Systems Barrow shipyard, the new Marina developments and both on/off shore energy projects. We provide both long term rental homes as well as short term lets and serviced accommodation.

A Great Reputation
Steve and Shaun bought the business in 2008 and have trebled the size of the business since then with the help of our team some of whom have been with us since the start. By forging great relationships within the areas major employer BAE Systems and many others we have built the business by providing good quality homes to rent to responsible tenants.

The name originates from Pamela Cairns the previous owner from whom Shaun and Steve working before buying the letting agency.

We have a great reputation for providing higher quality property to rent, which brings a steady stream of tenants from the local area as well as from all over the world. Roughly 25% of our lets are from our own existing and repeat customers which our competitors simply don't have.
